That’s why we don’t buy to sell on. We are not a fund with an exit date or a trading company. We invest our own money, with no hurry, so that what you started carries on and grows.
The team stays, the name stays, and if you want to be part of the handover, there is room for you. In any purchase there are small changes, and we won’t tell you otherwise; but the greatest asset of any company is the people who work in it, and that is what we look after first.

What happens to my people?
They stay. A company is worth what its people know how to do, and we buy it to keep running.
Will anyone find out?
Not through us. We sign a confidentiality agreement before looking at the figures, and we only talk to you or your adviser.
Can I stay on for a while?
If you want to, yes. Many owners prefer to accompany the handover for a few months. It is agreed from the start.
How long until you say something?
We call you within 78 hours, also if the answer is no. We decide ourselves, so there are no committees to wait for.
Do you buy companies in trouble or in insolvency?
Yes. We buy companies with financial difficulties or in insolvency proceedings. We handle it discreetly and without judging: what matters to us is that the business and its people can carry on.
